Integration Dashboard

SGC for 1E Tachyon has an Integration Dashboard, this is a standard feature provided by ServiceNow that links to the CMDB Integrations Dashboard. This dashboard shows you an overall health check for CMDB integrations.

You can find the Integration Dashboard tab under the Service Graph Connector for 1E Tachyon menu items on the left. The Integration Dashboard gives you an overview about the status, processing results and errors for the connector.

This dashboard provides the following reports:

  1. CMDB Execution Status

  2. CMDB Integration Error.

The dashboard shown in the picture demonstrates the CMDB Execution Status report for the connector.

The dashboard shown in the picture demonstrates the CMDB Integration Errors report for the connector. In our example, there were no integration errors and hence, the result shows zero as a value.
