Verifying
Basic verification tests that cover installation of the 1E Core application.
To run these tests, you need, a working ServiceNow instance with the 1E Core app installed. Please refer to Preparation and Installing for more details, including post-installation tasks.
Verify 1E Core installation
1E Core is best verified in conjunction with a 1E ServiceNow application that requires 1E Core, such as 1E ITSM Connect or 1E Service Catalog Connect. Please refer to their documentation for details.
Prior to their installation and configuration, you can verify that 1E Core is installed by confirming that the 1E Core application is present in the ServiceNow navigator.
