Configuring 1E ITSM Connect
How to administer and maintain the 1E ITSM Connect app. The main purpose of the 1E ITSM Connect app is to enable ServiceNow to leverage the capabilities of Tachyon and allow super-fast investigation of your network environment to retrieve sets of devices that you can then run immediate actions on.
