MaxAllowedLinkSpeed0If greater than 0, a fixed cap method is implemented where Nomad's bandwidth usage cannot exceed the set value. This is useful for lines that have burst mode which affects the initial automatic bandwidth calculations. The minimum value is 0 which sets Nomad to use its calculated bandwidth value.
