Savings so far

By default, the Shopping portal displays how much it has saved you since its implementation. This feature displays the number of requests processed, the amount saved in help desk costs and the amount saved in help desk time.

  • The costs saved are derived from the number of requests processed and the help desk cost setting – the current industry standard is $40 per help desk call.

  • The time saved is derived from the number of requests processed and the help desk time setting – the current industry average is 30 minutes per help desk call.
