Action	Returns all announce URIs contained within the `announce` and `announce-list` structures contained inside a torrent file.
Parameters	`FilePath` (string): The full path of the torrent file.
Return values	`AnnounceUri` (string): An announce URI contained in the torrent file.
Example	Get on or more announce URI of a torrent called myTorrent.torrent. FileContent.GetTorrentAnnounceUris(FilePath:"c:\\torrents\\myTorrent.torrent");
