ContentRegSyncReqDelay is obsolete. Its value may exist in the Nomad registry, but it is not used. Instead, please refer to CacheStateSyncIntervalMinutes.
The Content Registration Sync Cycle is available in Nomad 7.0 (1E Client 4.1) which registers pending and failed content registrations with Content Distribution. Please refer to Single Site Download: Improved resilience of content registration.
