The 1E Exchange https://exchange.1e.com/ is a website that 1E uses to provide additional Product Packs to our customers. You will be able to use the same login details that you use for the 1E Support portal to access this site. If you can’t find what you are looking for then you will be able to use the Request page to review existing requests or submit a new request.
