User Engagements are only for Windows devices
If you have macOS devices, a notification will appear at the top of the User Engagement page highlighting the fact that Engagements are only applicable to Windows devices. Currently the 1E Client for macOS does not have the capability of creating and displaying windows.
The same notification appears on the Assign Management Groups popup.
The text Engagements are only supported on Microsoft Windows devices is also appended to the tab description on the New Engagement page.
